Terms of Service: CCC Draft Uploader

Last updated: October 21, 2026

CCC Draft Uploader ("the App") is a private tool operated by ClairevoyantCreativeCo ("we"). It sends our own product videos to our own TikTok account as drafts. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

1. Who may use it. Only ClairevoyantCreativeCo and its owners.
2. What it does. With the account owner's permission, the App uploads video files that we created to the TikTok drafts inbox of our own account. We review, add sound and labels, and publish manually inside TikTok.
3. No warranty. The App is provided as is. We may change or stop it at any time.
4. TikTok's terms. Use of the App is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms.
